The Dodge WC-51 "Beep" (short for Big Jeep) was a highly successful ¾-ton 4x4 military utility truck widely deployed by Allied forces during World War II. Produced between 1942 and 1945, it became the most prolific single variant of the Dodge WC series, with over 123,000 units manufactured.

The "Beep" served as a primary workhorse for the US Army in key campaigns, including the Normandy landings and the Italian campaign. Its low silhouette and excellent four-wheel-drive capabilities made it highly versatile, functioning as a troop transport, reconnaissance vehicle, frontline supply carrier, and artillery tractor for light anti-tank guns.
Under the Lend-Lease program, nearly 25,000 units were delivered to the Soviet Union, where the Red Army nicknamed it the "Three Quarters" (Три четверти) due to its load rating. The sibling model, the WC-52, was completely identical except for the inclusion of a front-mounted Braden utility winch.
