1/24 SCALE Honda CITY TURBO
First sold in October 1981, the tall profile City was a popular
addition to the Honda line-up, and in September 1982 its line-up was
joined by the City Turbo, a model with a 100hp 1.2-liter inline-4 engine
and turbocharger that sported a power bulge in the bonnet and air dam
bumpers. The Motocompo went on sale at the same time as the City, and
this 2.5hp 50cc engine scooter fit into the City’s trunk with its
handlebars and seat folded down.
About the Model
★This is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 140mm, width:
68mm, height: 63mm. ★The muscular City Turbo form is recreated in style,
with depictions of the sporty interior, underside and suspension too.
★A driver figure and Motocompo scooter are also included. ★Decals are
included for use with a choice of three body colors, as are masking
stickers.
The rather quirky tall form of the car is recreated with accuracy.
The bonnet power bulge and bumper with its squared off fog lamps will catch the eye. Red stripes are recreated by decals.
