May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.

Lower surface color in the RAF Desert Scheme used from late
1941 until September 1944 (fighters) / the end of World War II
(bombers).

Also applied to lower surfaces of some aircraft operated by RAF SEAC (South-East Asia Command) during the World War II.
