May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.

Used for painting lower surfaces of Luftwaffe aircraft
operating in North Africa and Mediterranean area; introduced around the
spring of 1941.

Also carried by some aircraft operating in the Eastern Front which had been factory-finished in tropical colors.
