This only contains the matt solution from the bottled Premium Top Coat
such as H103. Mix with over 15% of this flat base to frost glossy
colors, or 5 ? 10% for a semigloss finish. The base of this product is
our famous aqueous hobby color, with added matt solution, so the quality
is equivalent to our Premium Top Coat.
